History of Titan

The world of Titan is of particular importance in its universe because it was on Titan that Time was released into the world. We therefore consider the history of this world in some detail. This area concerns the worldwide changes which happened throughout the existence of the world.

In the Beginning

The Creation of the Worlds, being an exposition of the initial inhabitants of the universe and the creation of the various gods, demons and tricksters inhabiting the different worlds lying in this sphere of existence.

The Population of Titan, being a report upon the creation of the planet of Titan and of its inhabitants by the gods, demons and tricksters of this most important of all the worlds in the universe, comprising those periods traditionally known as the Claytime and the Godtime.

The First Battle, being a description of the desperate conflict which led inexorably to the release of Time into the world of Titan, thus creating the possibility of growth, but also the certainty of death.

The Time of Heroes

The Withdrawal of the Gods (0-c.500 OT.), being a discussion of the fate of the planet in the first centuries of Time and the rise of civilization amongst humans and other races.

The Alliance of Chaos (c.500-625 OT.), being a dissertation upon the rise of those races traditionally called Evil and their first concerted attack upon the forces of Good.

Origin of the Brain Slayers.

The Rebirth of Nations (c.625-900 OT.), being an account of the aftermath of the war with the alliance of Chaos, with particular reference to the reestablishment of human nations on the continent.

The Splitting of the Lands (c.900-1050 OT.), being a treatise concerning the machinations of the demon prince Myurr and the near destruction of the planet thus brought about, including the sinking of Atlantis.

The Age of Empire

The Rise of Civilization (c.1050-1650 OT.), being an essay upon the resiliance of life in the face of adversity and the tendency for organization amongst almost all sentient races.

The Rebirth of Magic (c.1650-1900 OT.), being a treatise upon the rediscovery of sorcery by the majority of races and the resultant effects upon the subsequent history of the planet.

The War of the Wizards (c.1900OT.-10 AC.), being an account of the re-awakening of Chaos and the world-spanning conflict which was the result.

The New Age

Life After Chaos (10-???AC.), being a pamphlet detailing the fortune of the peoples and nations surviving the great war against Chaos.

The War of the Four Kingdoms.

Recent History (??? AC.-present), being a report upon the latest events which are regarded as being of the greatest importance to the current situation of Titan, especially regarding the increasing prominence of the forces of Evil in the everyday affairs of the world's inhabitants.
